The collision involved an unmarked police car and another vehicle on the A20 near Kidbrooke Park Road in Eltham. The Metropolitan Police confirmed that the 38-year-old pregnant woman, who was in the other car, and her unborn baby, tragically lost their lives due to the injuries sustained in the crash.
